SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping (US):

  • Free standard shipping on all orders via USPS (2-5 business days transit).
  • Expedited shipping available at checkout (costs vary).

International Shipping (Canada, UK, and Australia):

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout.
  • Customs fees/duties are your responsibility and not included in prices or shipping. Please review your country’s regulations before ordering.
  • Tracking provided for proof of shipping; updates may pause after leaving the US and may not be available in some countries. We’re not liable for delays or non-delivery. Contact your local postal service or shipping provider for issues.
  • Delivery typically takes 10-14 days but may take up to 60 days during peak seasons.

Order Processing:

  • Allow up to 5 business days for processing, as many items are made to order.
  • Delays might occur during sales or holidays; we'll keep you updated.

Order Tracking:

  • A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.

 Package Issues:

  • We aren't responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Please file a claim with your local postal service or shipping provider.
  • Verify your shipping address at checkout to avoid issues.

RETURNS

Not completely satisfied with your jewelry? Return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Contact us at returns@lesilvestone.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number; buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.
  • Domestic orders: Pack items (ideally in original packaging) and use the provided return label.
    Contact us to start a return. A $9 handling fee applies; original shipping ( if any )is non-refundable.
  • International orders: Returns are at buyer’s expense; no labels provided. Original shipping and any custom fees/duties are non-refundable. Package must be clearly marked as a RETURN when shipped back.
  • Refunds are issued to original payment method within 1-2 weeks of return receipt.
  • Returns without prior approval and a Return Authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Unclaimed/undelivered international packages incur a 20% restocking fee; shipping costs are non-refunded.
  • All the Gift Cards sales are final.
