Domestic Shipping (US):

- Please allow up to 5 business days due to many items being made to order.
- Delays might occur during sales or holidays, but we are committed to prompt delivery.
Order Tracking:

International Shipping:
- Available for Canada, UK, and Australia.
- International orders may be subject to customs and import duties (buyer's responsibility). It's essential to review your country's customs and duty guidelines before purchasing, as such fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
- Tracking numbers are provided for international orders, however tracking updates may pause once the order leaves the US and may not be available in some countries. This doesn't indicate a halt in movement.
- Once shipped, we are not accountable for the delivery, as it's handled by the recipient's local customs and postal services.
- Be aware that transit time can fluctuate significantly. While the typical delivery time is 10-14 days, some packages might experience delays of up to 60 days, especially during the holiday season.
Package Issues:
- We aren't responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

Not completely satisfied with your jewelry? Return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Returns should be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- US Customers - Shipping Label provided - $9 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from refund.
- International Customers - Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
- All the Gift Cards sales are final.
Return Process:
- Initiate your return within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at returns@lesilvestone.com
- Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (and return shipping label for US Customers).
- Upon approval, the return package must be shipped, shipping label used, and scanned within 5 business days to qualify for a refund.
- Returns without prior approval and a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
- Processing time: 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.
